This policy explains returns, cancellations and refunds for Discontinued Parts.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
If an item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos and a short description. We will offer a repair, replacement, or refund in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Made-to-order items
Many parts are made to order. If production has started, we may be unable to cancel. If we can stop production, we will. If a made-to-order item is faulty or incorrect, your statutory rights still apply.
Change of mind (distance selling)
If an item is not made to order and you change your mind, you may have a 14-day cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. Items must be returned unused and in resalable condition.
Return process
- Email support@discontinuedparts.co.uk with your order details and reason for return.
- We will confirm the return address and packing guidance.
- Returns are inspected on arrival before refund/replacement is confirmed.
Return postage
- Faulty/incorrect: we cover reasonable return postage.
- Change of mind: you normally cover return postage.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Payment providers can take 3–10 working days to reflect the refund.
